At ArsTruck quality is not a single inspection step but a discipline built into every stage from engineering to shipment. Every reference we produce is designed around the fitment and dimensional match of the OEM part, and is recorded batch by batch from raw-material intake to final inspection.
We operate under the automotive quality management standard IATF 16949 and carry out pressure, leak-tightness, endurance and dimensional measurement tests in-house. Our goal is to make performance indistinguishable from the original part repeatable every time under real field conditions.

In-Process Control
On turning and assembly lines, operator self-checks and periodic sample measurement catch deviations instantly.

Final Inspection
Finished products undergo pressure and leak-tightness testing and critical dimension checks; results are recorded in the batch log.

Batch Approval & Shipment
Approved batches are labelled and stocked with a traceable code; every shipment can be traced back to its production date.

Moving parts are put through repeated cycle tests that mimic field conditions.
Material Conformity
Seals, bellows and casting materials are checked for hardness and material type.
